5. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

5.3 Late Payment

Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.

All fees are quoted and payable in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property provided by the client remains the property of the client.

6.2 Work Product

Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due, and each party will return confidential information of the other party.

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved through the Estonian court system or through mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution.
